Experienced engineering professional on airliners and their complex systems for more than 13 years, being an executive and a trainer, Ozkan fully understands the market expectations and concerns. 

He had experience on sales and marketing because it was his very first & favorite job during his study years in university to afford his education. He started his professional career as a mechanical designer and project manager (from industrial design to mass production) on home durables (plasma tv) for 2 years. He then gained an extensive experience in aviation from aircraft transaction to technical and asset management working for 3 different multinational airlines' technical & CAMO departments. Each airline he worked had different bussiness models; a European norrow & wide body charter outsourcing all heavy maintenance, a regional turboprop carrier & business jet operator running its own maintenance hangar and a long-haul norrow & wide body ETOPS charter. Each phase of his career provided him an extensive opportunity to learn and gain market experience. His total working experience extends to 15+ countries, 25+ MRO and 100+ technical projects exceeding USD 150M budget. He & his team works on contractual basis to deliver all kinds of technical support & consultancy since Jan 2016. 

Kamilla is a Russian English Interpreter/Translator (Sole Proprietor) since 2007. She has 10+ years of experience and understanding of business approaches in Russia. Working as a senior Russian English Interpreter for cruise ships in Caribbean 2010-2011 and as an office assistant at New York City, US 2008-2010, she also has international and multi-cultural business experience. She follows marketing research and analysis together with aircraft documentation assistance. She had a degree from International Communication and TESOL Course, New York, NY, 2010.

Derya started her professional career in a 30-airplane fleet charter operator as a maintenance planner (A and C checks). She was also airline's on-site representative during  the performance of the checks. She then joined Turkish Airlines and hold the position of Line Maintenance Outstation Coordinator for America, Far East, Africa and South Europe. Concurrently, she was assigned by the Fleet Asset Management as representative in Boeing or Airbus factories for technical coordination of new aircraft deliveries. Working in a flag-carrier environment for more than 5 years, she had extensive experience on technical records review and technical support for sale and lease back transactions. She also has an MBA degree from Istanbul Kultur University.
